Is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting persons who have a vested interest in Down syndrome. At present, we have a membership of 27. Our main objective is to enhance the lives of persons with Down syndrome through our many services including: a resource lending library (books, periodicals, toys, videos, computer software etc.), new parent packages (given to parents in the hospital), visiting parents program, and one-to-one tutoring in total communication and literacy. We hold monthly support group meetings, publish a newsletter, and run various workshops and activities for both children and adults.
